While I take every step possible to make my contract fair for everyone involved in a puppy purchase, I understand that there are special circumstances and needs that crop up from time to time. Over the years I have modified this contract numerous times to suit the desires of all parties involved. I provide all potential puppy buyers with copies of my contract before puppies are born and note that there are negotiable points in most cases. I am, however, steadfast in several of my wishes and will not change several of the items in my contract (most specifically, my request that I ALWAYS be notified and allowed to take the puppy back should the need arise).
